My client based on the outskirts of Cheltenham are looking for customer service professionals who are able to have in depth conversations with both the public and businesses within a regulated area.
In this role you will need to be able to think on your feet and you MUST be prepared to be on the phone as this is a telephone based role not face to face.
You will need to have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written, you need to be articulate and professional and able to listen as well as advise.
In return you will be offered a nice office environment, with a casual dress code, 2 weeks training prior to starting, working hours of Monday to Thursday 9 - 4.30, Friday 8.30 - 5.00, one late 11.30 - 8 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 - 1 which can either be taken as overtime or time in lieu.
Starting salary of £17,500, after 3 month probation £18,000 and then once qualified to consultant £19,000. This also includes a 3 tier commission structure and uncapped.
