You will be primarily responsible for greeting customers face-to-face, helping them on the phone in a professional manner, you'll deliver excellent customer service while staying on top of daily admin duties and maintaining branch standards with enthusiasm and a smile. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, in person and on the phone, managing a large volume of customer calls and dealing with enquiries effectively and efficiently. Making sure the customer areas are kept tidy and presentable and that our customers are well looked after.
Based in the company's Gloucester office, you'll report to the Front of House Host and will be specifically tasked with taking inbound calls and greeting customers. We are looking for someone to cover weekends, ad hoc days and sickness.
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who's got a experience in administration, Front of House duties and customer service.
In addition, you'll need the following:
- Good computer skills
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills

What can I earn?
This Receptionist position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £9.00 per hour
