Urgent requirement for a Recruitment Administrator for our client based in Central Gloucester. Once training has been completed this role will offer a blended mix of home-working and office-based working. This is a full time 37.5 hours per week role, with no evenings or weekend required!
This role is pivotal to ensure the recruitment process is managed correctly, the Recruitment Administrator will have experience of writing and advertising jobs vacancies, processing application and managing the application process through to interview, offer and acceptance.
Day to day you will be responsible for liaising with recruiting managers to understand their requirements and support them through the entire recruitment process. You will need to have excellent record keeping skills and superior customer service skills to ensure both applicants and hiring managers are kept appraised at all times throughout; as all good Recruitment Administrators know the balancing act between the two is a fundamental requirement & therefore an essential prerequisite skill to have!
This role is to start within the next few weeks, is currently a 6 month contract but this could be extended to a full time permanent post for the right candidate.
