Our Charity / Third Sector client based in Tetbury is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team on a Permanent basis. This is a full-time role offering 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Within your role you will be expected to prepare and process financial records to a high standard in a timely manner for all involved within this organisation.
You will work closely with and support from the Management Account, ensuring the smooth running of all financial matters. It will be your responsibility to process purchase invoices, generate sales invoices and credit notes, make supplier payments, perform online banking and monitor funds, check, process and pay staff expenses.
To be successful in this role you must have experience of Quickbooks Online or similar accounting package, have strong financial literacy, good IT skills, including Microsoft office and preferably with an inquisitive brain that will look for solutions to problems.
