We are seeking an experienced, adaptable and resilient Administrator to join our client on a full time basis, based in Gloucester, initially on a 6 month period and our client is offering an hourly rate of £11.05.
Within your role you will required to communicate effectively with other members of the team via both telephone and email, monitor incoming emails and respond accordingly, enter sensitive data into the database in an accurate and timely fashion and finally liaise with internal and external parties to resolve issues.
This is a fantastic role for someone that is hard working, wants to make a difference and work within the local community. Due to the nature of this role and the vulnerable children and families it supports we are looking for someone who shows empathy and professionalism in everything they do and who can work at a fast pace due to the short timescales involved with meetings rapidly challenging.
The ideal Administrator will have previous experience in a similar role or have experience working within a Social Care setting. You should have proven skills in data entry, along with the ability to organise your work effectively and be able deal with rapidly changing priorities.
Due to nature of this role and the shared office space, the successful applicant will be required to undergo Police Stage 2 Vetting upon appointment.
An initial induction / training period will be provided in the office initially, with a mix of home working and office working likely in the future.
