If there is one sector that has thrived during the C-19 pandemic it is certainly the property sector. Our client, who is an independent property firm based in Cheltenham, is really feeling the demand and are looking to offer the opportunity of an Apprenticeship to someone who would love to break into this industry and earn while they learn!
Our client are offering to put you through a level 3 apprenticeship which will qualify you with a membership with the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents). Our clients is partnered with the only college within 200 miles of Cheltenham, who specialise in training for the property sector to deliver Apprenticeships and a qualification at the end of it, that really does have value. All your training will be on the job so you need to be a hands-on, practical learner who wants to get stuck in and progress within the company. As you will be working at the heart of the business you will get first-hand exposure of all areas of the company.
You will be working 5 days a week between Monday - Saturday 9am-6pm, except for Saturday as this will be a 3pm finish & Saturdays are worked on a 1 in 3 rota basis. It would be desirable if you have a diving licence or are in the closing stages or completing a driving test soon, but if you are not don't let this stop you from applying as we understand that this could be a hurdle that can be overcome within a short period of time.
Key Responsibilities:
·Office administration
·Working on valuations and viewings
·Dealing with negotiations and offers
·Typing up all of the administration associated with valuations and viewings e.g. Property details
·Database management
·Drafting documents for clients
·Liaising with solicitors where appropriate
