Our client based in Cheltenham are looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The company are rapidly growing and offer outsourced IT solutions to businesses across the region.
They are looking for an Account Manager who has an in-depth experience within the IT sector, specifically with an excellent knowledge of MS 365 technologies & other hardware solutions including knowledge of Apple, Cisco, Dell, Lenovo, HP for example. Any knowledge of managed services such as VoIP, connectivity, anti-virus, RMM, spam filtering, SOC and SIEM solutions, backup and disaster recovery would also be incredibly advantageous.
As an Account Manager you will be looking after key clients for the business, working with them to develop their IT solutions and managing strategic, project based work around agreed works. You will need to be client focussed, comfortable at liaising with people at all levels and excellent communication skills are therefore paramount. You will be the point of liaison for clients, distributors and suppliers so the ability to develop, maintain and manage relationships is key!
