We have an urgent temporary assignment to fill for our client based in Tewkesbury who are looking for a Customer Services Executive to join them for approx. 6 months.
The main duties of the role will be to deal with incoming enquires, handle any customer complaints and log any issues or incidents raised, investigating any issues and progressing through to successful resolution.
You will be required to log all correspondence onto their CRM system and full training will be given to enable this. You will be responsible for providing statistics to your line manager, based on cases that you have been working on using the data you that has been entered onto the system.
This role is to start immediately, is guaranteed for 3 months but is more likely to extend into 5 or 6 months worth of work. Hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, office based in COVID-19 secure premises with free parking on site.
