£40,000 PA + uncapped commission

In this newly developed corporate sales executive role created due to the phenomenal success of the organisation over the last 12 months, you'll be joining an inclusive, collaborative and supportive culture, with huge scope to define and establish this role, working to develop and build on corporate memberships and sponsorship, building new and developing existing business relationships and opportunities.
The ability to develop business and sell at a senior and corporate level is essential for this role, and we are looking for someone who has a strong track record of selling into this level, however just as importantly, we need someone who is passionate about and loves what they do and why they do it.  This role would certainly suit someone who has sold corporate packages, products or service that requires true after care and nurturing of relationships as opposed to more transactional sales. 
As you are an already experienced and professional sales executive with a successful track record in corporate sales/membership sales, being able to demonstrate having hit and exceeded sales targets, have a good network of contacts in large/enterprise organisations that you can reach out to , you will already know what you have to do to be successful but of course the full sales cycle of identifying sales opportunities, generating leads and nurturing corporate relationships and prospects, creating and delivering proposals and pitches will form part of your everyday as will working strategically with the founder and other key stakeholders within the organisation to ensure the business goals are met.

Of course it will be about the numbers, that goes without saying as you are all about setting your own targets and exceeding your own expectations and you are motivated and driven to excel in everything you do but success of this role will also be measured when you feel that you really belong, are part of the DNA and part of the future of this organisation.
In return, you will receive a salary of £40,000 per year with uncapped commission
A home-based remote working role but business travel and Head Office meetings would be required as COVID restrictions lifted
