Our client based in Gloucester are looking for an Administrator to join their current team of 5. This role will be based out of their head office function, which is easily accessible & offers free parking.
Day to day your role will include entering mortgage applications onto the system, being proactive in progressing all applications through to completion, which will mean maintaining regular contact with lenders, providers, solicitors & clients, dealing with incoming calls & emails & all associated administration with a mortgage application.
We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who has exceptional data entry skills & who can plan their workload well. This role will be dealing with customers so we do need someone who can demonstrate superior customer service skills, who has excellent communication skills & can work to customers strict deadlines, under pressure!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of progressing mortgage applications but this is not essential as full training will be offered to the right candidate.
