Our client based on the outskirts of Cheltenham are looking to increase their headcount due to expansion. They are looking for a Scheduler to add to their current office based team of 13. The role will be office based and the offices are fully COVID secure.
 
The role will be to organise rotas and schedule Care Assistants for their clients, who are elderly an require different levels of assistance. The types of care given will depend on the needs of the client and can range from having a cuppa and a chat to providing assistance with shopping to full personal and domestic assistance.
 
We are looking for candidates who have experience in any form of scheduling, so this could be someone who has organised rotas previously or perhaps from a logistics background. The role will be heavy administration based and will require someone who has a methodical approach to their work, who can demonstrate that they are highly organised. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently under pressure and have the ability to maintain a level of calm at all times.
 
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 in 4 weekends on call, on a telephone based emergency out of hours system. There is an excellent benefits package available including discounts at all your favourite retail outlets, access to well-being services and free onsite parking.
