A fantastic opportunity for a senior marketeer or PR/Comms professional to join a dynamic company with big plans for growth, working alongside the founding directors and managing a team to deliver results.
My client is looking for a Head of Marketing and PR on a permanent, full-time basis.  The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in delivering PR strategies and a passion for content. A can-do attitude and forward thinking nature when leading a team is essential, as is a thorough understanding of the digital environment. Experience within SaaS is advantageous.
Main Responsibilities
·Accountable for  both internal and external marketing to drive success within the business
·Managing a small team to achieve targets, assigned through forecast modelling
·Creating and tracking a marketing plan and associated budgets
·Accountability for business branding and key messages
·Team management and development, including rota planning for holidays, recruitment and CPD activity
·Plan, develop and implement PR strategies, with analysis reporting to stakeholders
·Content production, from researching, writing and distributing press releases to engaging with users on social media platforms including Twitter and Facebook
·Routine maintenance of the company website
·Supervision and coordination of production of promotional brochures, videos and other multimedia programmes
·Creation and editing of in-house magazine articles, case studies, reports and speeches, sometimes in liaison with industry experts and specialist content providers
·Build a community of advocates who demonstrate engagement and passion for the products
