We are currently looking for high quality receptionists to join our ever growing temporary workforce! We need candidates who are available to cover holidays, ad hoc days and last minute requirements.
Our Cheltenham based clients need receptionists that are professional, customer service focussed who are happy to cater for the above needs.

You will be the first point of contact for the organisation and its customers.
Duties to include:
Answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
Providing answers to basic queries over the phone and face to face in a professional manner
Delivering excellent customer service
Maintaining confidentiality of customer and company information at all times
Attending to customers with a clear, friendly voice along with a professional demeanour
Maintaining and keep customer areas tidy
Stocking fresh complimentary snacks and beverages for customers
Attending to waiting customers
The company will provide you with any training necessary to the role and there maybe be the opportunity for overtime through busy periods.
The ideal candidate will:
Be very polite and well presented
Have excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
Have sound knowledge & understanding of computer skills
Be able and confident to deal with a high volume of calls, staying calm, positive and professional at all times
Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with everyone involved in the organisation
Own transport is beneficial due to location & shift times.
